Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry Katona has hit out at calls for her children to be put into care due to her career as a content creator on a adults-only subscription site
Kerry Katona has slammed critics of her career as an adult content creator.
The 43-year old joined a Over-18 platform in May 2020 with the approval of her five children and fiancé Ryan Mahoney in a bid to boost her income.
However, she has revealed that some members of the public have said her kids should be put into care, deeming her career choice inappropriate.

Former Atomic Kitten star Kerry shares daughters Molly, 22, and Lilly-Sue, 21, with her Westlife ex-husband Brian McFadden, and Heidi, 17, and Max, 15, with another her second ex-hubby, Mark Croft. Kerry's youngest child – nine-year old daughter Dylan George – was fathered by the late George Kay.
Speaking to its hosts Josh Pieters and Archie Manners, Kerry told the Straight to the Comments podcast that her reason for joining the platform was she needed to pay the rent and racy snaps of her were already in the public domain anyway. I had all five kids at home at the time and someone mentioned OnlyFans," she explained. "So, I sat the children down and I said, 'look, there's no work, I'm struggling, how would you feel if I started at OnlyFans?'"
Telling the children that "obviously she'd only be going topless", Kerry continued: "A lot of it is smoke and mirrors, I'm not doing anything that you've not seen on the big screen when you go to the cinema. When you look at Nicole Kidman and Tom Cruise dry riding or Natalie Portman f***** blasting herself in Black Swan, getting awards, being paid millions…"
Kerry went on to explain that she bgean her career as a Page 3 model at a younger age than some of her kids now because she was "never going to be a rocket scientist". After finding fame alongside bandmates Natasha Hamilton and Liz McLarnon in the years that followed, however, the racy snaps were published once more – much to Kerry's dismay.
Discussing her early stages of adulthood and her working life, she continued: "I started off as a Page 3 model back in the day, because I wasn't going to be a rocket scientist. I s**t you not, I have the most phenomenal pair of t**s you've ever seen in your life. I was a size six waist with a 34 double D chest – they looked fake.
"I was 18 living in a council flat, I had no guardians or anything. I couldn't get a nine to five job because they wanted me in the studio as and when it suited them. I started lap dancing, and I was so proud of my t**s. The next thing you know, I've got in a girl band and all these pictures come out. It was a nightmare. I’ll go topless and build sandcastles with my kids on the beach."
Back in 2021, meanwhile, it was reported that Kerry had raked in over £1 million just from selling foot fetish snaps. She told The Mirror at the time: "People are quick to say, 'she’s desperate' if I get out a bit of nipple, but I’ve made my first million since bankruptcy and I’m so, so proud. If it wasn’t for OnlyFans I wouldn’t have had money to invest in myself and in making more companies."

- Follow Legal Channels: Subscribe through official OnlyFans accounts and platforms to ensure you’re accessing content legally and securely.
The term OnlyFans free online generally refers to the idea of accessing OnlyFans content without having to pay for a subscription. This can involve various scenarios:
-
Promotions or Free Trials: Some OnlyFans creators offer promotions or free trial periods where new subscribers can access their content for free for a limited time. This allows users to explore the creator’s content before committing to a paid subscription.
-
Leaked Content: Unfortunately, the term might also be used by individuals seeking access to leaked or unauthorized content. This involves accessing content that was meant to be behind a paywall but is shared illegally. Accessing such content can be illegal and unethical, as it violates the creator’s rights and terms of service.
-
Free Content from Creators: Some creators offer free content as a teaser or to engage with potential subscribers. This content is typically limited and meant to give users a taste of what they can expect from a paid subscription.
-
