After a a very expensive boob job went horribly wrong, adult star Bunny Colby went back to her surgeon for a revision – but she has one fan who’s obsessed with a very different part of her anatomy
An adult star who spent thousands on two boob jobs after one left her looking "wonky" says one fan only cares about a completely random body part.
Bunny Colby (born Nadya Nabakova) has almost 23,000 £4-a-month subscribers on OnlyFans. But she has significant outgoings too. She explained to podcaster Holly Randall why she had to undergo two breast enhancement procedures
“I did spend a lot of money on them, which I think is important," she said. "Plastic surgery is one of those things you don't want to do on the cheap. Don't try to get a discount on surgery – you wouldn't want that for heart surgery why would you want it for plastic surgery? It's still surgery. You're still being put under.”

But despite paying top dollar, Bunny’s first breast operation didn’t go quite to plan and she had to go back to her surgeon for some changes. She explained: “I had to have two – a lot of people have to have two, you should expect to have to have two.
Unfortunately for Bunny, one of the implants “fell out of the pocket,” leaving her with nipples much higher than intended, and with the incision scares clearly visible rather than hidden in a crease below the breast.
To make matters worse, Bunny said:“I am very vascular and the scar didn't heal well.” But the second operation was a complete success, and she was able to have laser treatment that minimised any further scarring.
But even though she put a lot of investment into her “perfect” boobs, that’s not what everyone is interested in. She has one fan who’s obsessed with an entirely different and less predictable part of her body.
She continued: “I have this one fellow who hits me up for videos of my nose – just me like pinching my nose and like things like that, or he likes to see me blowing my nose.” Bunny has never asked the fan why he is so keen on her nose, she’s happy for that to remain a mystery.
