EXCLUSIVE: Former teacher turned spicy actress Lexi Luna, 35, says she got the first two of four boob jobs while still working in education and not even considering adult work
A former teacher turned racy star has revealed the number of surgeries it took to get the "best fake boobs" in the business.
Lexi Luna, from the US, sensationally turned her back on her career in education when she became disillusioned with the job. She said she was unable to save for a house as a teacher, hadn't had a pay rise in five years, and couldn't save for a retirement to have the life she wanted.
But while she was still teaching the 35-year-old decided to have breast augmentation surgery for herself. And since quitting, Lexi's work in the adult industry has seen her assets drawing her particular attention.

There's lots of quality news coming out of the US.
However, she admits there were a few bumps along the way to getting the chest she was finally happy with.
She told the Daily Star her first two operations took place before she'd even set foot in the adult world. Then came a further two ops, after she was left with uneven and painful breasts.
"They were not [the best] when I first got started," she said. "I've had four surgeries. The first two I did before I was ever in the adult world, before I was even thinking adult.
"I always wanted to have my boobs done, and it was just something that I was finally, like, 'f**k it, I'm doing this'. So I did it, but then I had complications back to back.
"And because of my teacher schedule I had to get one surgery in spring break and one in the summer. So not that many months apart, and I think that also led to the complications.
"Then I started working in the industry and I started to think 'I've gotta get these boobs fixed' because one was super high and painful, and the other was really nice.
"So I went to a doctor who specialised in fixing the issue that I had, in south Florida. He happened to be right down the road from where I lived, which was super convenient.
"And he gave me the perfect fix, and they looked so great. Then I wanted to go bigger and he gave me the second perfect pair that I wanted.
"The last set was February 2020, which was right before the world shut down, and so I had a very long time to recover."
Lexi added: "I get a lot of male and female talent who are so shocked that they are fake, and they just can't get over it. So I kind of self-named them myself the best fake boobs in the business."
And the good news for Lexi's fans are that in spite of a recent foray into directorial duties, the brunette beauty has pledged to stay in front of the lens.
She wrapped a series of saucy films for Adult Time, which saw her working both sides of the camera. But she admitted it was exhausting doing both jobs, and has no plans to direct again any time soon.
"It was really exciting to see if directorship is for me, and to be honest it's not," she said. "Which I think is not what people expect out of me. I think everybody expects me to be professionally moving on into this role. And I just really love performing.
"It's just so much fun to do the thing that I've always done and make these scenes come to life, but I really have no interest in continuing this stress of directorship."
