An ex-Miss BumBum model is reeling in agony after she underwent grisly tongue-splitting surgery.
Brazilian star and adult content creator Andressa Urach shared her newest body modification to her 3.2 million Instagram followers, and explained her saucy reason for getting it done.
Wriggling her newly forked tongue for the camera like they were two alien slugs living in her mouth the 36-year-old beauty, once linked to Cristiano Ronaldo, revealed she’s still in pain from the surgery — so much so she can’t even eat ice cream.

The one-time Miss BumBum runner up wrote: "One day post tongue bifurcation.
"It hurts, it's swollen, I can't speak, and I'm salivating a lot. I'm having trouble swallowing.
"Today I managed to have some soup blended in the blender, but I tried to eat ice cream and couldn’t."
As far as body modifications go, tongue bifurcation is rather extreme, and the reality TV star explained why she underwent the risky procedure.
She said: "It might seem strange to the public, but I've always wanted this.
"Tongue bifurcation will enhance pleasure during intimate activities.”
Fans took to the comments section to express their disgust over Andressa’s latest body enhancement, with one fan commenting, "I think this woman urgently needs treatment,” and second calling the woman “sad”.
A third person remarked: "She's so beautiful, but she's ruining herself. It feels like something is really against her.”
Tongue splitting for cosmetic purposes has been illegal in England and Wales since 2018. Complications include significant blood loss, infection, nerve damage, and problems with breathing and swallowing.
It’s not the only extreme surgery Andressa, who has gone through in the name of beauty, as she had some of her ribs removed last March to make her waist slimmer.
She said at the time: "I've decided to take advantage of the same hospital stay to increase my breast size.
"I want to put in as much silicone as possible.”
