EXCLUSIVE: Saints lover Alex Le Tissier is determined to undergo a health and fitness transformation after being ‘disgusted’ at herself for stress eating to a size she was not comfortable with

The daughter-in-law of Matt Le Tissier dropped ten pounds in two weeks after being called a ‘fat and ugly football model’ by vile trolls.

Southampton fan Alex Le Tissier, 32, is also puffing less vapes to aid her health and fitness transformation.

The mum-of-four wanted to lose weight after being ‘disgusted’ at herself for stress eating her way to a bigger size.

She recently revealed how she once lived off 85p Asda Rice Krispies so her kids could eat – before racy career helped her family out of debt.

But despite transforming her finances, she now wants to get as fit as she was when she used to run ultra marathons.

Speaking to the Daily Star, she said: “I wanted to lose the weight because I’ve been stress eating and I went up to a size 18 which is the biggest I’ve ever been after having children. I felt really disgusted at myself and wanted to change it. I was fine with being curvy but that extra weight gain made me feel ugly.

“I was vaping two Lost Mary’s a day which is apparently a lot of cigarettes… oops. I’ve now cut down to half of one a day which is good.”

Alex’s racy job involves posting titillating photos online and being related to a former Premier League star – who she famously does not get on with – has led to relentless trolling.

Body shaming comments are often hurled at her but she believes she will always be the target of vitriol, no matter how much weight she loses.

She told us: “I’ve been labelled the ‘fat OnlyFans model’ and I have been told I am the ugliest one. I’ve been told if I lose weight I’d be much better looking etc but those comments didn’t spur me on they just made me depressed.

“I am excited but I know deep down they will still call me fat even though I won’t be. I’ve posted pictures of myself online where I’m a size 8-10 and they still call me fat.

“But it’s about how I feel about myself ultimately and I want to make better changes in front of my children. I’ve experienced far less anxiety since eating healthy. I was my happiest when I was eating and training like an athlete for ultra marathons and it feels nice to be back in that mindset again.”

She added: “I think trolls are sad, insecure and bitter individuals who spend too much time focusing on other people and not themselves because they don’t see their own lives or selves as interesting enough so they focus all their energy into being helpful on those who are more successful in life.”

The influencer is now running again two years after being fired as a charity ambassador for Southampton Doing It For The Kids.

She ran 130 miles in just five days and raised more than £10,000 for disadvantaged children – but was asked to step down after her sex tape was leaked.

But the mum said she no longer correlated running with the ‘trauma’ of being axed by the charity – and is now setting her sights on more marathons in the future.

Alex added that she has been drinking up to four litres of water a day while eating greens, quality meat and snacking on fruit to help lose weight. But she also credited the Wegoby weight loss jab and claimed it has stopped her cravings.
