EXCLUSIVE: Alex Le Tissier has responded to social media users who have claimed she is only with her husband because of his last name – saying she will stay loyalty to him no matter what
A model accused of “sponging” off her husband’s last name hit back at trolls – saying she has been pals with the father of her kids since they were both 14.
Alex Le Tissier, 31, is married to Mitch, the son of ex-footie ace Matt Le Tissier, and the couple have four children together.
But during the pandemic Alex became a public figure in her own right after turning to the sex industry to help feed her family after they got into debt. At the time they were considering using food banks but Alex went on to be a popular Babestation presenter.

However, the racy model is now often abused on social media, and the latest barrage is from people claiming she is only with her other half because of his last name.
One X user tagged former Southampton player Matt to say “sort your daughter out” before another added: “You’re sponging off the surname though. You’re the type of bird who’d get divorced and still keep your married name.”
Bemused, Alex sarcastically replied that this was her “exact plan when I met him at 14” before the same person told her she was desperate to leave Mitch for a richer man.
However, she responded: “The reason I did OF (OnlyFans) was because we were in debt. For richer or poorer I’m staying with my man. Regardless of what job he does I love him for him. Not that difficult to understand really. Huge peeeeen too.”
Even though she has enjoyed being in a happy and loving relationship for over ten years, Alex recently opened up the marriage to “help keep things spicy”.
She also went on a date with her husband’s best friend – despite him not wanting to date others too. However, her love life aside, she spoke to the Daily Star about why the above trolls are way off with their assessments.
Alex told us: “I am trolled most days for it and people think I got married for his last name when we’ve been friends since 14 and I didn’t want to get married – he really wanted to but the narrative is that I’m using him and it’s so infuriating.
“I didn’t think people would care that much but Southampton fans would send us gifts when I was pregnant and I started to realise it was a big deal to everyone else.”
Although she is a Le Tissier, Alex has no relationship with her father-in-law after he allegedly shunned the couple when she turned to adult work. During a bombshell interview, she also claimed that he called her a “bad mum” and told her to drop her surname.
She has since been critical of the sacked Sky pundit and also took aim at him for pedalling wild conspiracy theories. Speaking to us about her father-in-law, who has never commented publicly about the family feud, she said: “They say I am ruining his legacy but he is doing that himself.”
Mitch Le Tissier meanwhile also revealed how he would be 'dead' if it wasn't for his wife embracing the sex industry when she did.
He bravely shared his struggles and said he lost four jobs in seven months and was binge drinking and gambling because he could not cope with the pressures of daily life.
His mental health declined and he suddenly had no money for rent or food until his wife started a saucy subscription page in July 2021.
Mitch, who used to work in insurance, told us: “It is not an exaggeration to say Alex has saved my life. I think I would be dead if she had not started an OnlyFans.
“Bizarrely it has been a big part of my recovery because it took the pressure off in that I was not having to be somewhere at 9am every morning and I was able to recover at my own pace.
“It also released the financial pressure valve which then enabled me to have the space to get myself together. I really do think if… I don’t know what I would have done; I really don’t know what I would have done.
“I wasn’t capable of working and I was doing some part time football coaching which was good for me because I was outside working with kids and it was enjoyable but that wasn’t going to make enough money at that time to feed my family and pay my rent.”
