A steamy leaked video shows Karely Ruiz, 23, from Monterrey, Mexico, rewarding her unnamed fan with raunchy sesh, according to local media.
The fan was wearing a mask during the sex but left the tattoo of Karely's face visible, with local media saying it was a reward by the model for the compliment.

The sexual act was allegedly performed without any protection which has left people concerned about unwanted diseases.
Local media quoted one netizen as saying: "Isn't Karely Ruiz supposed to be dedicated to making this type of content? It suits her so that more people will pay for her OnlyFans."
While another one wrote: "How disgusting, why f**k Karely Ruiz acapella, given the high risk of STDs that she could transmit?"
And a third one said: "The man has a tattoo, the man f**ks Karely, he is happy.”
Karley has not commented on the matter.
